Initiate Your Request
Log into your STARS ON account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
